These Publisher Terms govern participation in the COVENTRA Performance Network as an approved publisher / performance partner.

Eligibility

Participation as a publisher is subject to application review and ongoing compliance with COVENTRA's traffic and campaign policies.

Traffic Requirements

Publishers must generate traffic through allowed channels and in accordance with each campaign's specific rules, as outlined on the Traffic page.

Tracking & Attribution

Tracking, attribution, and reporting for approved publishers is managed through COVENTRA's tracking platform.

Payments

Payment methods, minimum payout thresholds, and payment terms are outlined on the Publishers page and confirmed upon approval.

Compliance

Publishers must comply with applicable advertising laws and regulations, and with campaign-specific compliance requirements.

Termination

COVENTRA may suspend or terminate a publisher's participation in the network for violations of these terms or campaign rules.
